1. What do/don't you like about teaching?
2. When you start to lose the attention of the class, how do you get them back on track?
3. Why did you want to become a teacher?
4. Did you ever have second thoughts about wanting to be a teacher?
5. What do you wish you knew as a first year teacher/what advice would you give yourself?
6. Are there any teachers at Grant you look up to/admire?*
7. What are some tricks/skills you have picked up as a teacher?

*If you are interviewing a teacher who doesn't work at Grant, change this to the school they work at.

Feel free to ask follow up questions and have more of a conversation, but make sure you cover all 7 required questions.

You will also need to ask at least 2 additional questions of your choosing.

And don't forget to take pictures! At least one of the teacher alone and one of you with the teacher.
